With more than 25 years of sales, customer service and management experience under her belt, Lisa M. Licata is a dedicated NYS Licensed Associate Broker and a Certified Brokerage Manager, just one of three in the Capital District. An accomplished professional, Lisa was named Top Sales Agent in 2017 at her previous brokerage. She has also received several President’s Choice Awards in prior years.

Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY, and working in local real estate since 2003, Lisa has overseen projects within a 60-mile radius from Albany to Queensbury. She is laser-focused on training for herself and her team.  Working with national trainers, Lisa and her agents strive to become the new construction experts in their territory. The Showcase has raised over $1.5 million dollars and its impact is the inspiration that keeps Lisa going.
